I thought it might be interesting to look at a comparison, for the Watauga County area and for the past year, sales of log cabins compared to sales of other homes [i.e., excluding log cabins and manufactured homes].

I find it interesting that almost 1/5 of the home sales are log cabins, a further indication of the strong second home market in this area.
