April 2023: The High Country Land Market


As with the local housing market, the Spring spike in land parcels on the market indicates 2023 may be following the typical pattern of an increase in new listings.  The total number currently active is up from March.  Other stats show a steady market: the number sold, the listing to sell ratio, the number under contract and the number that left the market unsold are holding steady.
