July 2023 What's Happening in the High Country Land Market?

As is true of the housing market, the High Country Land market is holding steading.  A few more are under contract in July than June.  Less sold in July than in June, and less came on the market in July than in June.  Over 1/3 of the sale values are over $100K, with most of those in high end subdivisions.
