Although cooling from the very high activity in 2021 and 2022, the High Country Land market remains very active, moving a bit more in March than the slower winter months.  190 land listings came on the market in March. 63 sold; view the graph below to see what values land is selling at.  The list to sell ratio for land remains around 86%.  In March 57 parcels left the market unsold.  63 sold.
