Skiing is across the road on Sugar Mountain. Several excellent golf courses are less than 30 minutes. Shopping, dining, hiking are less than 10 minutes. This condo is two minutes from the main road that leads to all you’ll want to do. Yet, it is set back away from road noise in a quiet, private, wooded setting.

Why I’ve Enjoyed Living Here

I bought my condo because it is near to everything I wanted to do in the Banner Elk area.
I wanted as little maintenance as possible to allow me time for the important things I want to be doing.
I enjoy being able to heat the condo with the wood-burning fireplace. The fireplace keeps me warm in the winter and provides a friendly, cozy feel.
In the Spring and summer, the back porch is my favorite spot for early morning coffee. The trees provide privacy and I enjoy listening to the birds.
In the Fall, the trees off the back porch are spectacularly beautiful with their golds and reds and yellows. It’s mesmerizing.
I treasure the quiet privacy the condo provides me. When I come home, I know I’m safe and enjoy the condo as a peaceful retreat.
The condo has everything I need – a kitchen, a washer/dryer, the fireplace, and my porch for outdoor living. Yet, I don’t have to bother with outside maintenance.
Because I treasure beauty, I’ve created a pebbled walkway to the condo and landscaped the area outside the entrance with perennial plantings.
