High Country Land Market 2026

The High Country Land market for June is very similar to May. A very slight increase in the number of land parcels on the market. The number sold in each price range is about the same as May. The number under contract decreased slightly. Generally, the time from going under contract to closing takes longer than homes, so there is a possibility July sales will reflect an increase. 

As always, it will be interesting to see what the market does as summer progresses. If it is a typical summer market, we expect increased sales.
