High Country Land Market May 2026

The High Country land market is holding its own, for the most part. Unsurprisingly, 153 new parcels came on the market in May; again, the typical Spring spike in number of listings. Not as many parcels are under contract as a month ago, and sales at the high end of the market are down, with an increase in sales in the very lower end of the market.
