Friends of the Blue Ridge offers a free 3-mile walk with an art theme to complement the First Friday Art Crawl in Boone. No experience with art is needed. Part of the walk is paved with a river and mountain views and part is a natural surface complete with roots, rocks and hills. After the hike, there is an option to meet at the Turchin Center for the Arts to enjoy some of the Art Crawl in downtown Boone.
