High Country Land Home Market October 2025

Home sales have been surprising the past couple months up significantly in number over the extremely slow sales the first 6 months of the year.  Still, with a very large inventory of homes, many price reductions are an everyday phenomenon.  Still, the average sales value is a bit higher than the average for $2024.

The land market, by contrast, remains steady:  The number on the market remains steady.  The number sold remains steady.  The number under contract has increased, good news for sellers.  The majority of sales are close, below and above, the $100K mark.  Buyers have many land parcels to choose from, but sales values are holding steady.
